- Launched the Teacher Mentor Training Program in collaboration with the British Council (2024)
- Start date: November 11, 2024
- Trained 20 mentors to guide and support young specialists in their professional development
- Priority was given to teachers in rural areas and state schools
- Won the British Council grant and launched the inclusion teacher lab Project (2024–2025)
- Regions: Abai, Zhetisu, East Kazakhstan
- The Inclusion Teacher Lab– a blended course designed to equip EFL teachers with essential skills to support diverse student needs
- Duration: November 2024 – March 2025
- Launched the Village Project (2023)
- Location: Mugalzhar district, western Kazakhstan
- Participants: 20 teachers from villages including Kumzhargan, Embi, Kandyagash, Zhanazhol, Akkemer, and Kozhasay
- 4-day educational initiative implemented in rural Kazakhstan
- Impact: 1,490 students reached
- Published the first professional journal for ELT teachers in Kazakhstan (2024)
- A platform dedicated to research, teaching practices, and innovation in English language education
- Launched a Reading Club exclusively for KazAELT Members (2024)
- Regular online discussions around books on education, personal development, and English teaching
- Established 5 Special Interest Groups (SIGs) (2024–2025)
