The mission of the Classroom Management SIG is to support teachers in cultivating safe, structured, and supportive classrooms where all students can thrive. Through shared experiences, evidence-based strategies, and continuous professional development, this SIG empowers teachers to foster environments conducive to meaningful learning.

Zarina Zhakhanova

CM Coordinator

Zarina Zhakhanova is the CM SIG Coordinator at KazAELT. She holds an MA and is a CELTA and TEFL-certified educator with over 18 years of teaching experience.

As a senior lecturer, course developer, online school owner, and British Council facilitator, she strives to foster creativity and innovation in English language teaching and learning.
