The CLIL and Methodology SIG focuses on developing and supporting best practices in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and contemporary English Language Teaching (ELT) methodologies.

The mission of the CLIL and Methodology SIG is to create a vibrant and reflective community of educators passionate about improving classroom practice through research-based methodology and the CLIL approach. This SIG strives to support educators by promoting professional dialogue, innovation in lesson planning, and high-quality instruction that blends language development with academic content.

CLIL & Methodology SIG Head

Zhainagul Ibrayeva is the CLIL and Methodology SIG Head at KazAELT. She holds a Master of Education, is CELTA-qualified, and is a Certified International CLIL Trainer.

As an experienced ELT trainer, she strives to empower educators with innovative methodologies and promote best practices in CLIL and language teaching.
