Launched the Village Project (2023)
- Location: Mugalzhar district, western Kazakhstan
- Participants: 20 teachers from villages including Kumzhargan, Embi, Kandyagash, Zhanazhol, Akkemer, and Kozhasay
- Format: Five-day intensive in-person teacher training
- Impact: 1,490 students reached
